So using NVCPL he creates a custom resolution of 1600x1080 then sets his desktop to that while also changing the scaling mode from Aspect-Ratio to Full-Screen and finally he activates Nvidias Quality Upscaling mode using Nvidia's Profile Inspector which makes it look quite a lot nicer.
