Not sure about the "H" but all light switches should be the same. A light switch is a simple off and on so it should have continuity or not. WebJan 13, 2011 · My Dad had a H & a M, both bought new. The H was a dual fuel and I don't rember whether the M was or not. All 3 lights operated on the main switch. The rear light was the same as the head lights, no red bulb. I have a '48 H with the 4 way switch. The rear light is the same as the headlights and operates on the same switch. latop is charging but cannot boot
