WebCongress Abstract. Full Text. Ziel/Aim We present a fully-automated methodology to demonstrate proof of concept of a voxel-based normative database (NormDB) using total-body PET/CT images. The NormDB shall be used as a reference standard for quantifying voxel-wise deviations of tracer uptake of cancer patients against a normal control cohort. WebTherefore, dynamic PET/CT could be performed in selected oncological cases in combination with static, whole-body PET/CT in order to enhance the diagnostic certainty offered by conventional imaging and yield additional information regarding specific molecular and pathophysiological mechanisms involved in tumor biology and response to treatment.
