WebCK2 might be an exception, I bet the Charlemagne start date, the Viking start date and the classic start date were all used to some extent. I doubt the others saw much use, and definitely not the non-bookmarked dates. Similar with HoI4, the vast majority of games will be 1936, but I guess they felt they had to include 1939 in HoI4 as well.
