WebIt dents very easily - appearing to be almost soft. Many of the planks have hairline cracks in them and the way it was laid looks nothing like their catalog. I'm caught between the installer blaming the floor and Carlisle blaming the installer (whom they certified). Really disappointing and absolutely do not recommend.
