They REALLY reflect a LOT of light and, correctly used, really can take the place of a second light. I can't think of ANY lights that are as flexible and foolproof as the PhotoFlex systems. I dropped my lights off to a neice so she could shoot an ad for her craftwork. She had never used lighting before.
