WebI select add account and every time I just get the loading wheel and eventually get error code 0x80a40019. Its not my internet, I've called and checked. Ive been on the phone with microsoft and xbox live for nearly five hours and have gone through literally every procedure provided and nothing has changed. WebGo to settings and on the bottom of the left hand side there is a button that says "My Home Xbox". Click that to make it so. Problems with signing on to your profile offline were an issue as well. Make sure you do NOT have to type your password in every time. You need to be online to do this though.
