Thin sheets can be thermal formed at relatively low temperatures while thicker sheets will require temperatures of 3380F to 3740F. The required forming temperature depends on the degree of shaping and the density. WebROHACELL® IG-F foam is compatible with all common resin systems including epoxy, vinylester and polyester, it is easily cut and machined using conventional equipment, thinner sheets are easily cut and profiled by hand using a knife.
