WebTableau 2024.2 added a Show/Hide option for Container objects. The functionality is simple on the surface, click a button and show a container and its contents, click the button again and the container and its contents are hidden. This is a great way to hide less-used elements on dashboards like long sections of filters and/or parameters. WebMay 28, 2024 · The options are: Dashboard Item to Show/Hide – mostly self-explanatory. By default it will be whatever container you made the button with, but you can switch it to any other container. WebI just had to do this myself - It might have been more intuitive if Tableau had labeled the selection on that pill to Show Axis vs Show Header.
