It’s located about 650 light years from Earth in the constellation of Cepheus. This image was taken using the Starfield Optics 8inch astrograph equipped with a Starizona Nexus F3 reducer/corrector. This is LDN 1235, the Shark Nebula. 8.7 hours with the SVX130 and QHY600C. A very faint dark nebula in the constellation Cepheus. It is fairly large and is close to several bright stars.
