The island is very safe to travel and go wherever you want and please without having any problem. Locals are very friendly and embrace travelers. WebApr 14, 2024 · A newbie to Plaka. We love Naxos and have been there lots. We stay in Chora, but bus to Ag Prokopios or Plaka to swim most days. This time, we thought we might stay in Plaka for 4 or 5 nights. Dates will be September, there are 2 of us and we would like a pool, short walk to the beach and night time restaurants. Nothing fancy!
